Chief Executive Officer

Alexis Mussi joined MountainView as Chief Executive Officer in 2025. She was previously Chief Executive Officer of Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center, a role she'd held since 2019.

Prior to serving as CEO at Southern Hills, she was the hospital's Chief Operations Officer. Previously Alexis led Surgical Services at MountainView Hospital before joining Southern Hills in 2016. Alexis began her healthcare career at Sunrise Children’s Hospital in 2008 as Director of Physician and Provider Relations, later advancing through leadership roles that fueled her passion for operations and strategy.

Alexis has been with HCA since May 2008. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Communication from Arizona State University, and earned her Master of Public Administration Degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
