Red Rock Radiology has proudly served the Las Vegas Valley for more than 40 years as the outpatient imaging center for MountainView Hospital.

We offer a broad range of diagnostic imaging, preventive screening and outpatient services, including:

• Computed tomography (CT) — Advanced imaging used to evaluate a variety of conditions affecting the brain, chest, abdomen, pelvis and other areas of the body.
• Coronary calcium scoring – A noninvasive CT scan that measures calcium buildup in the coronary arteries to help assess an individual's risk for heart disease.
• DEXA bone density scans – Advanced imaging used to measure bone density, diagnose osteoporosis and assess fracture risk.
• Diagnostic Ultrasound — Noninvasive imaging that uses sound waves to evaluate organs, soft tissues and blood flow.
• Diagnostic X-ray services — Fast, effective imaging used to diagnose injuries, illnesses and a variety of medical conditions.
• EKG services — Electrocardiogram testing used to evaluate heart rhythm and overall cardiac health.
• Fluoroscopy-guided pain management joint injections — Image-guided procedures designed to help diagnose and treat joint pain with precision and accuracy.
• Laboratory services — Convenient on-site lab testing to support patient care and physician referrals.
• Low-dose CT lung cancer screening – Specialized imaging for eligible current and former smokers designed to detect lung cancer at its earliest and most treatable stages.
• Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) — Detailed imaging that uses powerful magnets and radio waves to provide high-resolution images of organs, tissues and joints.
• Minor interventional radiology procedures — Minimally invasive, image-guided procedures used to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions without the need for surgery.
• Paracentesis services with albumin administration — A procedure used to remove excess fluid from the abdomen and help relieve symptoms associated with certain medical conditions. Red Rock Radiology is the only outpatient imaging center in the area to offer albumin administration for qualifying patients.
• Vascular access services — Image-guided placement and removal of ports, tunneled central venous catheters, PICC lines and midline catheters to support ongoing treatment and patient care.

As of November 14, 2025, Red Rock Radiology is no longer offering mammography services. Please contact us if you need access to your preview mammogram images, or if you need help scheduling a mammogram at one of our sister HCA facilities.

The sophisticated equipment we use includes advanced digital imaging technology and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), providing secure access to imaging studies and supporting efficient patient care.
